I am an industrial engineer experienced in assisting/supporting clients in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating business and ERP systems to meet performance expectations utilizing varied business practices, core competencies, and key skills. Moreover, I have the ability to adhere to recommending business solutions, advise on changes, and develop a long-lasting working relationship with clients.
As a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology, I have a significant background in engineering, management, supply chain, manufacturing, analysis, simulation, and automation. I held multiple positions, including an internship as a Quality Engineer at Pella Pharmaceuticals, ERP Functional Consultant at Q Solutions where I have successfully developed and improved my knowledge and skills of ERP systems. Moreover, I have held a position with Jordan River Foundation as an ERP Specialist where I have successfully developed and pitched methods of working, which helped by increasing productivity without any increase in cost and time.
Currently, I am administering SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Pardot and Volt HRMS at Konn Technologies. I have developed and improved the operational cycles in addition to successfully implementing the solutions which helped in embracing those changes.
